Joy Bennett is a writer and UCLA graduate living in Santa Monica, California.  She is the author of Under a Quarter Moon, a poetry and short story collection; and is a contributor to the Huffington Post, Medium.com, and the Los Angeles Jewish Journal.  Her work has also appeared in The Christian Science Sentinel, IFQ Magazine, The Rochester Business Journal, HazMat Review, Le Mot Juste, The Kept Writer Magazine, The Democrat and Chronicle newspaper, etc.  She also produces and hosts the podcast A Word with Joy.
